Eastford Creek Vineyard is the perfect marriage of rustic barn and vineyard romance. Lead your guests along the footpath and through the willows to a serene clearing in front of our dam. Guests can then enjoy a glass of our sparkling before making their way to our Pumpkin Shed for the celebrations to commence!

The Pumpkin shed is a converted... you guessed it! Pumpkin Shed. With seating for up to 110 on our hand made solid timber statement tables, you arrange the space as you wish before adding our curated collection of chairs. You have access to our range of premium wine with a range of bar packages and BYO options available, all served by our fun and friendly team.

Our catering options are fully customisable, with the most popular being feasting or cocktail style.

Hawley Beach

Our surf club sits on the shore of Freers Beach, overlooking the stunning Rubicon Estuary, with our first-floor venue and open-air balcony providing unrivalled views of Narawntapu National Park.

Our venue consists of a large upstairs room accessible by front and rear stairs and an elevator for those unable to use the stairs. Our room has a small kitchen available for your self-catering needs, a licensed bar, TV, projector, speakers and a beautiful view of Freers Beach.

In the past, we have hosted a wide range of functions including weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries etc. While it is a perfect venue for those wanting a simple beachy themed event, we are always surprised by how beautifully 'dressed' it can be.

Lake St Clair

A unique adults-only retreat poised mysteriously on a glacial lake and surrounded by century-old myrtle forests.

Devoid of fuss and layers of service, things work differently here. It's a place for being, not just doing. Pour your own at the honesty bars and find picnic sets in your room ready for use. Glide away on electric bikes, row yourselves into new depths or tread softly on moss- covered understoreys.

We’re situated just 15min from the nearest airport and town (Wynyard), and minutes from two of Australia’s most photographed beaches.

Our venue is full of exposed timbers, wrought iron and deft touches. Our newly built bar is part of an historical train carriage that includes booth seating. Our newly refurbished restrooms boast 5 individual toilets. Festoon lights and warm fairy lights cover the roof and walls and are a stand out.

We are a licensed venue and offer an extensive ever growing range of both local and popular beverages including a range of cocktails.

We work with a range of caterers and you have the ability to select your own or self-cater.

The venue hire includes our range of furnishings, with 100 chairs, 20 tables, wine barrels, stools, candelabras and a swing.

Part of our unique offerings for all events is the ability to privately charter a train ride, perhaps a glass of bubbles could be served on arrival.
