The Pumpkin shed is a converted... you guessed it! Pumpkin Shed. With seating for up to 110 on our hand made solid timber statement tables, you arrange the space as you wish before adding our curated collection of chairs. You have access to our range of premium wine with a range of bar packages and BYO options available, all served by our fun and friendly team.

Hawley House  (c.1878) is a romantic white Victorian manor house in a spectacular seaside garden setting with its own quaint church, set on a beautiful 400 acre private estate at Hawley Beach, near Devonport. ‘Hawley’ offers the perfect all-in-one venue for your dream wedding, whether it be a grand party or intimate celebration. Ensuite accommodation for up to 35 guests is included in our exclusive-use wedding packages. 

Flexible options include for a catered intimate wedding in the  candlelit dining room, or your own  caterer for larger groups in our beautiful Conservatory that encloses a sandstone paved courtyard, complete with magnificent gathered silk draping and romantic wrought iron chandelier. The conservatory is surrounded by rose arches & opening windows overlooking the northern waterlily pools

Our venue is full of exposed timbers, wrought iron and deft touches. Our newly built bar is part of an historical train carriage that includes booth seating. Our newly refurbished restrooms boast 5 individual toilets. Festoon lights and warm fairy lights cover the roof and walls and are a stand out.

We are a licensed venue and offer an extensive ever growing range of both local and popular beverages including a range of cocktails.

We work with a range of caterers and you have the ability to select your own or self-cater.

The venue hire includes our range of furnishings, with 100 chairs, 20 tables, wine barrels, stools, candelabras and a swing.

Part of our unique offerings for all events is the ability to privately charter a train ride, perhaps a glass of bubbles could be served on arrival.
